- Technical Project Lead for multi-phase hardware and software upgrade. Phase 1 and 2: Upgraded / Installed the operating system from AIX 5.2 to AIX 5.3 and upgraded the hardware from IBM 6M1s and Winterhawk SP2 nodes to four P570s. Phase 3 and 4: Upgraded / Installed / Configured R/3 from 4.6C to ECC 6.0 with ADS and BW from 3.0B to BI 7.0 with EP 70.
- Designed and instructed a three-month detailed hands-on training program for the SAP Basis, Database and AIX administrators.
- Project Lead for two DB2 upgrades. First from a 32-bit v7.1 database to a 64-bit v8.1 database and the second was from a v8.1 database to a v8.2 database.
